The Archangels Tournaments are witnessed by Lady
Aryella. Lady Aryella is an exceptional clairvoyant,
an earth goddess, tuned with the higher Heavenly
Spheres. She is able to see in visual apparitions the Archangels,
and their messages with their own hand writing, written
on ethereal scrolls of light that she copies down. This
supernal method of communication with Heavenly and Cosmic
Beings transcend infinitely the overused channeling techniques
of the mundane world.
There are different classes of angels in Heaven and Below:
the Cleric Angels, the Healing Angels, the Music Angels,
the Angels of Punishment, the Angels of Judgment, the Reapers,
the Mystic Angels, the Warrior Angels, etc. Some are pacifists,
some are inclined to battles. For centuries every year on
December the Warrior Angels and other Angels have the Archangels
Tournament in the 2nd Heaven, where they measure strength,
challenge their long time rivals, face their greater opponents
or meet their own match!

Dear ones:
The time had come for another Archangels Tournament, an
angelic tradition that has been happening for centuries.
Once again, during this annual event famous names from the
Angelic Host gather to meet their match!
There are different classes of angels in Heaven and Below:
the Cleric Angels, the Healing Angels, the Music Angels,
the Angels of Punishment, the Angels of Judgment, the Reapers,
the Mystic or Magickal Angels, the Warrior Angels, etc.
Some are pacifists, and some are inclined to battles. For
centuries every year in December the Warrior Angels and
other Angels have the Archangels Tournament in the 2nd Heaven,
where they measure strength, challenge their longtime rivals,
face their greater opponents or meet their own match!
The Archangels Arena is set under a Greek-style architectonic
marvel. The structural pavilion is supported by four tall
columns and raised by pyramidal steps. The pavilion is at
the eye level of the first seats in the audience that surround
it.
The 2006 matches started on December 18 and lasted for
three days. Below are the descriptions of the seven main
matches, not necessarily in the order of occurrence.

to all angels described even though they may have another
hierarchic level --like Domination, Cherub, Sefira or Seraph
for example-- to avoid confusion.)

* Malichi
(Mastema) X Azazel (Iblis)
-> Malichi is an important and famous angel from the
7th Heaven that is stationed to work Below. Malachi was
erroneously confused with Sammael before. Malachi is actually
one of the generals from Sammael's host. Malichi has several
other aspects. Mastema was the aspect who fought this match.
He is 6'2" tall with long, straight medium brown hair,
dark blue eyes, and slender built and has black tribal tattoos
on both arms. Malichi wore a leather-look outfit.
-> Azazel is a rebel angel from the 6th Heaven who also
has a demonic form in Hell. Azazel appeared in his angel
form to fight this match. Azazel has several different aspects.
Iblis was the aspect who fought this match. Iblis is 5'6"
tall with long wavy blonde hair one inch below shoulders,
and almond-shaped light blue eyes. He wore a long white
robe for this match.
Malichi used a two-handed sword that emitted a dark glow,
and Azazel used a two-handed sword. Malichi started slicing
at Azazel twice. Azazel parried both times. Azazel sliced
at Malichi and he evaded. Malichi stepped back and sliced
at Azazel hitting him on his right arm. Azazel held his
arm for a second, walked sideways and sliced at Malichi.
Azazel hit Malichi's right arm. Azazel sliced at him again
and Malichi evaded to the side. Malichi backed a few steps
and sliced at Azazel twice. Azazel parried both hits with
his sword. Azazel sliced at Malichi and he parried with
his sword emitting a bright glow. Azazel sliced at him again
and Malichi evaded to the side. Malichi drew a symbol on
the air casting a spell. Azazel wobbled. Azazel yawned and
started chanting. Malichi's face blanched looking ill. Azazel
snickered for a while, and then he stopped serious cursing
at Malichi. Malichi cursed back and started chanting. Azazel
looked around at the audience snickering. Malichi changed
his form becoming taller and heavily muscled. Malichi's
pupils turned red. He grabbed Azazel by the neck lifting
him. Malichi told Azazel something in a language from Below,
and started chocking him.
Malichi won.

* Hariel
X Lucifer (Lucchier***)
-> Hariel is a famous angel known as The Beast Tamer.
He tames and control wild animals. Hariel belongs to the
order of the Rashvytas, an elite and prestigious order of
high ranked angels who serve God personally. Hariel is 6'1"
tall with very long, curly light blond hair waist length
pulled back into ponytail and blue eyes. Hariel wore a breast
plate on top of a white robe.
-> Lucifer (greater) fought this match (please read

Lucifers.) The greater Lucifer -who the angels say is the
real and only Lucifer- is an angel of great light and beauty
and is known by many names such as Helel, Mahzeil, Masim,
The Morning Star, Lucchier, Mahisim, Luecefer, etc. He appears
in many different aspects. The two main aspects Lucifer
uses in the tournaments are as Lucchier (the one he used
in the 2003 tournament) and as Masim (the one he used in
the 2004 and 2005 tournaments) [Reference: The Great Encyclopedia
of Angels: The Truth About Angels by Aryella Jupiter.] Lucifer
used his form as Lucchier to fight this match. Lucifer is
an angel of gorgeous features in all his aspects. As Lucchier
he is 5'11" with long straight light blonde hair with
platinum highlights waist length and sky blue eyes. Lucifer
wore a long black robe.
Hariel used a gleaming sword with a blue neon light on
one edge and red light on the other edge. Lucifer used a
long sword with a twisted handle. Hariel was talking on
his cell phone in the beginning of the match. He placed
the cell phone in his pocket and his aura started glowing.
Lucifer drew a symbol on the air casting a spell. Hariel
wobbled. Hariel sliced at Lucifer twice with great speed.
Lucifer evaded both hits. Hariel started chanting. Lucifer
looked as he was in a trance for a few seconds. Lucifer
snapped out of the trance and started cursing at Hariel
out loud. Lucifer opened his large white wings and took
flight. He passed a few inches pass the pavilion's columns,
when he started turning back. The voice of one of the judges
sounded out loud, saying in tongues (said in several languages
simultaneously) to Lucifer that he was not allowed to fly
outside the pavilion. Lucifer cursed at the judge with the
"f word." The voice said, "Thus, Hariel wins."
Hariel won.

* Thamiel
X Azazel (Asiel)
-> Thamiel is one of the mightiest female Archangels
from Samael's host who oversees the Underworld. Thamiel
is a royalty in the Seventh Heaven. She was mentioned in
the "The Sixth and Seventh Books of Moses" as
a Cabalistic angel. Thamiel is 6'1" tall with long
curly ash blonde hair and light blue eyes. Thamiel wore
a long black robe.
-> Azazel is a rebel angel who lives in the 6th Heaven
and also has a demonic form in Hell. Azazel has several
aspects. Asiel was the aspect he used to fight this match.
In his angel form, Asiel is 6' tall with long straight golden
blonde hair one inch below shoulders, and almond-shaped
light blue eyes. Azazel fought this match in his demonic
form of a hunchback bald demon wearing a worn and ripped
pair of jeans.
Thamiel used a long sword that emitted a dark gleam, and
Azazel used his signature weapon a wooden staff with a chain
on the top and a sharp crescent moon blade on the other
end of the chain. Thamiel started drawing a symbol on the
air to cast a spell. Azazel snickered and started swinging
his crescent moon. Thamiel drew her sword. The crescent
moon swayed at her right. Thamiel moved her sword to the
other hand and caught the chain with her right hand in a
snap. Thamiel mumbled something under her breath and yanked
the chain causing Azazel to fall on the floor. Thamiel yelled
at him to get up. Azazel muttered and cursed at her. Thamiel
started chanting while Azazel rolled and got up. Azazel
started to turn back to his angel form. Azazel scowled.
Thamiel smiled and sliced at him with great speed. She landed
three strong hits on his chest. Azazel evaded the fourth
blow and parried the fifth hit with the staff portion of
his weapon. Thamiel sliced at him again twice hitting his
left arm. Azazel bled heavily.
Thamiel won.

* Hazael
X Lucifer (Masim)
-> Archangel Hazael (or Haziel) is one of the elite
archangels of Heaven from Seraph Vehuel's host, and he serves
under Archangel Uriel. Haziel is 5'9" tall with long
wavy dark brown hair and medium brown eyes. Hazael wore
a cream colored robe.

The greater Lucifer -who the angels say is the real and
only Lucifer- is an angel of great light and beauty and
is known by many names such as Helel, Mahzeil, Masim, The
Morning Star, Lucchier, Mahisim, Luecefer, etc. He appears
in many different aspects. The two main aspects Lucifer
uses in the tournaments are as Lucchier (the one he used
in the 2003 tournament) and as Masim (the one he used in
the 2004 and 2005 tournaments) [Reference: The Great Encyclopedia
of Angels: The Truth About Angels by Aryella Jupiter.] Lucifer
used his form as Masim to fight this match. Lucifer is an
angel of gorgeous features in all his aspects. As Masim
he is 5'11" with long straight layered honey blonde
hair that falls two inches below shoulders and light blue
eyes. Lucifer wore a black leather jacket and a stonewashed
pair of jeans.
Hazel used a gleaming sword emitting a blue light, and
Lucifer used a long sword with a dark glow. Lucifer stood
looking up in the beginning, waiting for the light that
announces the start to turn on. The light finally turned
on and Lucifer yawned. Hazael looked at him waiting. Lucifer
did not move. Hazael slowly started to draw his sword and
kept waiting with sword drawn. Lucifer drew a symbol on
the air casting a spell. Hazael looked at him with an expression
of surprise, and leaned forward grimacing. Hazel mumbled
something under his breath and got up. Hazael started twisting
his wrist waving his sword on the air. Lucifer looked around
at the audience, turned back to him and smiled. Lucifer
drew his sword. Lucifer and Hazael were about seven feet
apart from each other. Lucifer started to wave his sword
with great speed, cutting the air in front of him. Deep
wounds suddenly appeared on Hazael's chest and he started
to bleed.
Lucifer won.

* Sariel
X Azazel (Azael)
-> Sariel is known as the Elohim of Death. He is a powerful
sovereign and the top chief of the Underworld. He is 6'4"
tall of strong built, long straight white hair and grayish
blue eyes.
-> Azazel is a rebel angel who lives in the 6th Heaven
and also has a demonic form in Hell. Azazel has several
aspects. Azael was the aspect he used to fight this match.
In his angel form, Azael is 5'7" tall with long straight
light blonde hair and almond-shaped sapphire-blue eyes.
Sariel used a long sword with a dark glow, and Azazel used
his signature weapon a wooden staff with a chain on the
top and a sharp crescent moon blade on the other end of
the chain. The match started and Sariel was chatting with
someone through the ethereal screen in his aura. Azazel
waited. Sariel told him something in Angel language in a
joking tone, and Azazel chuckled. Azazel replied something
in Angel language. Sariel slowly drew his sword. Azazel
placed himself in fighting stance. Azazel looked around
as he was looking for something. Sariel waited. Azazel swung
his crescent moon at Sariel. The crescent moon blade passed
Sariel from the right, and he easily evade. When the crescent
moon returned from the left Sariel hit it with his sword.
The crescent moon ricocheted back at Azazel, swirling itself
around him, hitting his left leg and cutting it off.
Sariel won.

X Lucifer (Lucchier)
-> Michael is one of the most popular and respected
archangels admired in all Heavens as well as on Earth! He
has handsome features and is 6' tall with long thick dark
brown hair by the shoulders and light colored eyes. Michael
wore a white robe.

bolts from its blade, and Lucifer used a long sword that
irradiated light waves. Michael started cursing at Lucifer
in tongues (several languages spoken simultaneously.) Lucifer
smirked. Michael looked up and sighed. Lucifer chuckled.
Michael stared at him and then smiled. Lucifer started to
laugh out loud. Michael mumbled something under his breath.
Lucifer sliced at him three times continuing to laugh. Michael
parried the first two hits with his sword. The third blow
hit his chest. Lucifer sliced at him again three more times.
Michael parried twice, and was hit on the chest by the third
blow. Lucifer told him in tongues, "Go to hell!"
Michael cursed at Lucifer. Lucifer yelled at him, "Go
to hell!" this time with cavernous growls blasting
from his aura. The entire arena trembled with the sound
waves. Michael sliced at him twice, hitting Lucifer's chest
both times. Michael told him something in Angel language.
Lucifer replied in tongues, "You're a f***** jerk."
Michael retorted, "You're a f**** a******." Lucifer's
pupils turned red. Lucifer sliced at him landing a strong
hit on Michael's left arm causing it to bleed. Michael yelled
at him cursing. Lucifer cursed back at him. Michael walked
back two steps. Lucifer advanced. Lucifer drew a symbol
on the air. Michael started to age from his normal twenties
to fifties. Lucifer laughed. Michael continued to age looking
on his eighties. Lucifer just laughed. Michael chanted and
slowly started to return to his youthful appearance. Michael
looked at him and smiled. Lucifer approached him and sliced
at him twice. Michael evaded both. Michael sliced back at
him four times with great speed. Lucifer parried the first
two blows with his sword. The other two blows hit his left
arm causing it to bleed heavily. The voice from one of the
judges sounded from the background asking in tongues, "Lucchier,
do you wish to continue?" Lucchier replied cursing
the judge with the "f word." There was a pause,
and the voice stated, "Thus, Michael wins."
Michael won.

X Beelzebub (Damoel)
-> Michael is one of the most popular and respected
archangels admired in all Heavens as well as on Earth! He
has handsome features and is 6' tall with long thick dark
brown hair by the shoulders and light colored eyes. Michael
wore a white robe.
-> Beelzebub is one of the mightier chiefs of the Underworld,
and he resides in the 5th Heaven. He was known in ancient
civilizations like Sumeria as "the god of flies".
In the Bible he is referred as Mammon. He is one of the
chief Angels of Judgment. Beelzebub used his aspect as Damoel
to fight this match. As Damoel he is 6'5" heavily-muscled
with long straight bloody-red hair and violet eyes. Beelzebub
wore a black robe with a wide girdle encrusted with large
rubies.
Beelzebub was drawing symbols on the air before the match
started. The voice of one of the judges sounded from the
background talking in tongues (speaking several languages
simultaneously.) The voice said, "Damoel, you can't
do any spell yet." Beelzebub stopped and smirked. As
soon as the light turned on, announcing the start of the
match, Michael drew his sword and started chanting. Two
small birds appeared next to him and flew away. Beelzebub
drew a symbol on the air. Michael placed his hand on his
heart and leaned forward, screaming in pain. Beelzebub stood
staring at him. Michael chanted and slowly pulled himself
up. Beelzebub laughed and looked around at the audience
pointing at Michael. Michael grimaced. Beelzebub turned
with a glare and cursed at him. Michael cursed back. Michael
sliced at him three times with great speed hitting each
time. After the third blow Beelzebub bent one leg and kneeled.
Michael sliced at him four more times with amazing speed.
Beelzebub got up bleeding on both arms, and with a few cuts
exposed on the chest. Michael cursed at him. Beelzebub yelled,
"Get out!" Michael laughed. Beelzebub talked to
him in tongues using foul language. Michael laughed and
sliced at him. The first hit landed on Damoel's chest and
the second one on his left leg.
Michael won.

Notes:
1) Please note that the description of the angels is given
by Lady Aryella using her 3rd eye clairvoyance and direct
connection with the Angelic Host. Lady Aryella sees and
interacts with the angels' substantial apparitions that
are visible and almost tangible. The description is the
original form the angel has; however some angels may choose
occasionally to appear under illusions, or in rare cases
change shape to conceal their original heavenly beauty and
youth. In addition, the height of the angel described is
their normal stature; however some angelic beings can increase
their stature at will to many feet high.
2) Some matches occur in great speed. Special meanings are
required to capture all the details.
3) The angels might communicate to each other telepathically
during the matches. This might explain the sudden reactions
from the competitors noticed during the matches.
4) Some angels have different aspects. The name in parentheses
is the name of the actual aspect of that angel who fought
that match.
5)*** Lucifer has several different aspects. Lucchier is
another name for one of his aspects. Although Lucchier calls
himself Mahzeil at times, Mahzeil is actually another distinct
aspect. Please refer to the second edition of "The
Great Encyclopedia of Angels: The Truth About Angels,"
by Aryella Jupiter for the additions names that Lucifer
uses. (Although Rumael called himself Lucifer, he was not
a real aspect of Lucifer. Rumael was just a fallen angel,

6) Please note that the archangels fight with their ethereal
bodies which are easily healed. No archangel can actually
die on these tournaments!

for centuries. Once again on this annual event famous names
from the Angelic Host gather to meet their match!

* Metatron
X Lucifer (Masim)
-> Metatron is a famous God's Reaper and Warrior Angel,
known and admired in all Heavens! He was called by a diversity
of different names in different cultures and periods. He
is 7' tall with long straight white hair one inch below
shoulders and aqua blue eyes. He wore a ring mail on top
of a white robe.
-> Lucifer (greater) fought this match (please read
the Host page to find more about the lesser and greater
Lucifers.) The greater Lucifer -some archangels say to be
the real and only Lucifer- is an angel of great light and
beauty and is known by many names such as Helel, Lucchier,
Masim, The Morning Star, etc. He appears in many different
aspects, two main forms he appears most are one known as
Lucchier (the one he used in the 2003 tournament) and another
known as Masim (the one he used in the 2004 tournament)
[Reference: The Great Encyclopedia of Angels: The Truth
About Angels by Aryella Jupiter.] As Masim he is an angel
of gorgeous features with long straight honey blonde hair
that falls two inches below shoulders and light blue eyes.
Lucifer wore a long black robe.
** Metatron used a two-handed sword and Lucifer used a
scimitar. Metatron started cursing at Lucifer, and Lucifer
cursed back. Metatron said something raising his voice and
gesticulating, while Lucifer stared at him with a serious
expression. Lucifer cursed him and pronounced a spell. Metatron
seemed distant and looked around as he was hallucinating.
The audience started booing and Lucifer started snickering.
Lucifer looked at Metatron, who seemed far away in a hallucinatory
dream state, and started making fun of him. He approached
him and tapped on Metatron's shoulder, looked at him and
snickered again. Lucifer snapped his fingers and cut the
spell bringing Metatron back from the trance. Metatron turned,
stared at him and cursed him. Metatron's face was red. He
took a long breath and sliced at Lucifer twice creating
ethereal reflections of additional hits. Lucifer evaded.
Lucifer landed a strong hit on Metatron's abdomen. Metatron
leaned forwarded and fell on the ground.
Lucifer won.

* Lithargoel
X Azazel
-> Lithargoel is mentioned on Acts of Peter as a great
angel. He is a high ranked angel of a noble lineage, very
popular in Heaven. Lithargoel has been previously on Earth
as Adonis. He is 6'5" tall with long wavy platinum
blond hair four inches below his shoulders, sapphire blue
eyes and very handsome features. Lithargoel has five pair
of wings, and he had his medium white pair out for this
match. He wore an ornate Greek-style antique gold plate
armor.
-> Azazel is a rebel angel from the 6th Heaven who also
has a demonic form in Hell. Azazel appeared in his angel
form to fight this match. In his angel form Azazel is 5'7"
tall with long straight light blonde hair three inches below
shoulders, almond-shaped sapphire blue eyes and very handsome
features. He wore a long black robe.
** Lithargoel used a bejeweled sword and Azazel used his
signature weapon consisted of a wooden staff with a chain
on the top and a sharp crescent moon on the other end of
the chain. Lithargoel charged at him with great speed and
hit Azazel twice. Azazel stepped back used his angelic speed-writing
and cast a spell making Lithargoel seem disoriented. Azazel
started swinging his crescent moon left and right, and hit
a glance blow on Lithargoel's right arm causing him to awake
from his trance. Azazel swung at him again and landed a
strong blow on Lithargoel's left arm making him bleed. Lithargoel
started yelling at him, and Azazel started snickering. Lithargoel
stepped back and sliced at him hitting another blow on Azazel's
stomach area, stepped back and swung two more strong slices
on Azazel's chest. Lithargoel sliced at him again and landed
another strong hit on his right arm. Azazel started to snicker
and suddenly stop, held his right arm and started wobbling.
Azazel started cursing and tried to write something with
his speed-writing but could not finish and started to tremble.
Lithargoel won.

* Sannul
X Metatron
-> Sannul is one of the mightiest lords from Below,
one of the Angels of Judgment and also a bearer of a noble
rank. He is 6'4" tall with long wavy medium brown hair
one inch below his shoulders, grayish blue eyes, and goatee
and has a large heavily muscled built. Sannul wore a long
chain mail on top of a leather outfit.
-> Metatron is known as the Chancellor of Heaven. He
serves as one of God's mighty Reapers and is well known
and admired in all Heavens! Metatron is 7' tall with long
straight white hair on inch below shoulders, aqua blue eyes.
He wore a ring mail on top of his white robe.
** Sannul used a massive double-faced battle axe and Metatron
used a two-handed sword. Sannul charged at Metatron and
Metatron teleported behind him. Sannul quickly turned and
sliced at him before Metatron could swing his sword. The
hit cut Metatron's abdomen making him lean forward with
an expression of pain. Sannul cast a spell and Metatron
started aging, looking as he was sixty years old (note:

again. Sannul laughed hysterically. Metatron talked to him
in Aramaic. Sannul replied, cursing him in the ancient tongue.
Sannul started talking in a deeper voice and cavernous sounds
and growls were heard in the background. Sannul casted a
spell and several round-bodied insects emerged from the
ground and hushed towards Metatron, a few seeming to have
entered Metatron's skin. Metatron cursed and wrote a spell
making the insects disappear and expelled out the ones inside
his leg. Sannul cast an illusion that only Metatron seemed
to see. Metatron raised his eyebrow and grimaced. Metatron
swung his sword at Sannul, which Sannul evaded to the right.
Metatron swung another blow and he evaded to the right again.
Metatron initiated the third swing when Sannul grabbed his
arm with his left hand, pulled it down and to the left and
landed a blow, cutting it off.

and also has a demonic form in Hell. Azazel fought this
match in his demonic form of an ugly hunchback bald demon
and wore jeans.
** Ezriel used a bejeweled long sword and Azazel used his
signature weapon consisted of a wooden staff with a chain
on the top and a sharp crescent moon on the other end of
the chain. Azazel started swinging his crescent moon left
and right, while Ezriel just looked at him. Azazel swung
the crescent moon at him from left to right. The crescent
moon passed by Ezriel's and he parried. The crescent moon
continued stretching the chain to the far right, and when
it returned it struck Ezriel's right arm. Ezriel cursed
him. Azazel smirked, cast a spell on the crescent moon and
swung it again at Ezriel from left to right. The crescent
moon struck Ezriel's left arm cutting it off, and continued
stretching the chain to the far right. When it returned
it hit again beheading him.

sliced at Lucifer twice. Lucifer leaned to the side and
evaded. Lucifer sliced at him landing a strong him on Gabriel's
chest. Lucifer sliced at him again and hit a strong blow
on Gabriel's chest again.

weapon consisted of a wooden staff with a chain on the top
and a sharp crescent moon on the other end of the chain.

Sariel looked at him with a calm expression. Azazel smiled.
Sariel sliced at him with an amazing speed and, in less
than two seconds, landed a total of 23 slices. Azazel wobbled,
bleeding.

times. Lucifer looked at him and told him something in Aramaic.
Phanuel replied "Why?" Lucifer retorted in Aramaic
and Phanuel stood quiet staring at him. Lucifer laughed
and muttered something. Phanuel stared at him and rolled
his eyes. Lucifer cast a spell and several wounds appeared
on Phanuel's exposed skin. Lucifer said something in Aramaic
and started chanting in the ancient tongue. Phanuel started
looking around as he was seeing an illusion. Phanuel looked
at Lucifer and laughed. Phanuel started chanting in another
ancient tongue. Lucifer seemed as he was looking at an illusion
also. Lucifer turned to him and said something, and Phanuel
chuckled. Lucifer sliced at him and Phanuel evaded. Lucifer
sliced at him again and he evaded again. Lucifer swung his
sword at him and hit. Phanuel started laughing, then stopped
and looked at his cut on his chest and grimaced. Lucifer
sliced at him again a landed a strong hit.

-> Michael is one of the most popular and respected
archangels admired on all Heavens as well as on Earth! He
is a handsome angel 6' tall with long thick dark brown hair
by the shoulders and light colored eyes. He wore a Greek-style

He is also one of the leading lords from Below. On his original
angelic form he looks like a very young teenager with fair
skin, long straight dark brown hair and light blue eyes.
He wore a long black robe for this match, and he also had
his appearance look on his early twenties.
** Michael used a gleaming long sword that emanated a blue
gleam and Belial used a long sword blazed with red flames.
Belial was reading something on his aura that someone wrote
to his personal aura screen, and was laughing. Michael started
cursing at him. Belial kept writing on his aura screen chatting
with someone. Michael stared at him. Belial sighed. Michael
snorted and sliced at him several hits with great speed,
a total of six. The first three hits Belial leaned to the
left and evaded, and the other three he leaned to the right
and evaded. Michael sliced at him again six more times with
amazing speed. The first two Belial leaned to the side and
evaded, and the others Belial started evading walking sideways.
Michael panted. Belial stood still for a while, and Michael
sliced at him. Belial parried Michael's sword swung it clockwise
and sliced at Michael's left arm. Belial changed back to
his original form looking like a young teenager and landed
a strong hit on Michael's chest.

slicing at him with great speed, eleven times in less than
two seconds. Michael evaded the first five slices, was hit
on both his right and left shoulders and left leg, and parried
the last three slices. Michael cursed at Lucifer and started
talking to him in Aramaic. Lucifer swung at him again and
hit him on both sides. Michael took a few long breaths and
lunged two very strong hits on Lucifer's chest and a third
hit on his abdomen.

Dear friends of Light,
Once again on this annual event, the mighty archangels
from Heaven gather at their celestial arena to meet their
match!
There are different classes of angels in Heaven: the cleric
angels, the healing angels, the music angels, the angels
of punishment, the reapers, the mystic angels, the warrior
angels, etc. For centuries every year on December the warrior
angels have the Archangels Tournament on the 2nd Heaven,
where they measure strength, challenge their rivals, face
their greater opponents or meet their own match!
The Archangels Arena is set under a Greek architectonic
marvel supported by four large columns. The arena is raised
by pyramidal steps to the eye level of the first seats that
surround it.
This year's matches started on December 21st. Below are
brief descriptions of eight main matches, not necessarily
in the order of occurrence.

to all of them even though they may have another hierarchic
level --like Domination, Cherubim, Sefira or Seraph for
example-- to avoid confusion.)

* Gabriel X Ariel
-> Archangel Gabriel is a very popular high-ranked angel
from the 7th Heaven. He is one of the mighty angels who
are mentioned on the Bible and other sacred books. Gabriel
is very handsome, 6'3" tall with short curly sand blond
hair and light green eyes. He wore just his long white robe
for this match.
-> Ariel is a Reaper and an Angel of Punishment and
one of the top Overseers of the Underworld. He is 7' tall
with long straight white hair (formerly light blonde) one
inch below shoulders and light colored eyes. He wore a long
white robe full of accessories.
** Gabriel used a gleaming broadsword and Ariel used a
claymore. Ariel drew his claymore while Gabriel stood quiet
for a while with sword sheathed. Ariel stared at him and
started walking towards Gabriel. When Ariel was at a closer
range Gabriel started to slowly unsheathe his sword. Ariel
stop at melee looked at him and said something. Gabriel
smiled and sliced at him. Ariel parried the blow and said
something else. Gabriel lunged at him. Ariel parried and
thrust his claymore at him, what Gabriel evaded. Gabriel
looked at him in the eyes and said something. Ariel laughed.
Ariel stepped back and swung at him. Gabriel evaded the
blow. Gabriel lunged hitting Ariel on the chest, a strong
blow that caused an intense light glow. Ariel fell on the
ground.
Gabriel won.

* Haziel X Azazel
-> Archangel Haziel is one of the elite archangels of
Heaven from Seraph Vehuel's host, and he serves under Archangel
Uriel. Haziel is 5'9" tall with long thick dark brown
hair and medium brown eyes. Haziel wore a bejeweled ornate
golden breastplate on top of his long white robe.
-> Azazel is a rebel angel who lives in the 6th Heaven
and also has a demonic form in Hell. Azazel fought this
match in his angel form. In his angel form Azazel is 5'7"
tall with long straight light blonde hair that falls three
inches below shoulders, almond-shaped sapphire blue eyes
and very handsome features. Azazel wore a long white robe
for this match.
** Haziel used bejeweled ornate long sword and Azazel used
his signature weapon consisted of a wooden staff with a
chain on the top and a sharp crescent moon on the other
end of the chain. Haziel started thrusting a hit on Azazel's
right shoulder. Azazel began to swing his crescent moon
left and right. Haziel stood waiting, twisting his wrist.
Azazel swung his crescent moon high to his right giving
it an impulse and lunged at Haziel's left leg with a strong
blow.
Azazel won.

-> Ramiel is a mighty high-ranked angel from Metatron's
host. He is the angel who warned men, under Metatron's command,
of the Great Flood. He is 5'9" tall with long curly

blue eyes. Ramiel wore leather armor on top of his long
white robe.

Ramiel started looking disoriented. Ramiel kneeled on the
floor.

thrust at him a violent blow piercing him in the chest.

-> Lithargoel is a mighty high-ranked angel who was
known before on Earth as Adonis. He is one of the Earth
Angels, and in his heavenly form he is 6'5" tall with
long wavy platinum hair that falls four inches below shoulders,
sapphire blue eyes and very handsome features. He wore a
silver chain-mail on top of his long white robe.
-> Azazel is a rebel angel who lives in the 6th Heaven
and also has a demonic form in Hell. Azazel fought this
match in his demonic form of an ugly hunchback bald demon.
** Lithargoel used a bejeweled long sword and Azazel used
his signature weapon consisted of a wooden staff with a
chain on the top and a sharp crescent moon on the other
end of the chain. Azazel was snickering while the announcer
announced the match. As soon as the announcer finished Lithargoel
started drawing his sword and Azazel started pulling his
crescent moon from his weapon harness on his back. Azazel
swung his weapon at Lithargoel, what Lithargoel easily evaded.
Lithargoel lunged at him. Azazel stepped sideways dodging
the blow. Lithargoel lunged again hitting Azazel on the
right side below the ribs. Azazel laughed and stepped back.
Azazel swung his weapon and hit a strong blow on Lithargoel's
left arm.
Azazel won.

used a glowing long sword. The announcer asked Lucifer a
serious of questions, in the angelic language, before the
match while Metatron waited. Three angels walked in the
arena carrying a table with weapons and landed it before
Lucifer. Lucifer picked up the glowing long sword and the
angels carried the table back. Metatron waited. After a
long time checking out his sword, Lucifer placed himself
in combat stance. He said something gesturing to Metatron
giving the impression that he wanted to write something
first. Lucifer summoned an ethereal scroll, wrote a brief
note and came back to combat stance. Someone in the audience
shouted something to him, what Lucifer retorted swearing.
Metatron started looking impatient. Other angels in the
audience asked the angels who were arguing with Lucifer
to be quiet. Lucifer came back to his stance. Metatron wrote
him something with the angelic speedwriting and Lucifer
replied the same way. Lucifer wrote him something else,
what made Metatron laugh. Lucifer wrote him again bringing
a somber look on Metatron's face. Metatron draw his sword.
Lucifer started snickering. Metatron lunged at him a violent
blow. Lucifer evaded and continued snickering. Lucifer started
interacting with some angels from the audience while Metatron
watched him with a scowl. Lucifer turned to Metatron laughing,
said something to him and laughed even more. Metatron lunged
again another blow. Lucifer evaded and sliced back hitting
Metatron on his right side. Metatron looked up and started
summoning several flashes of light on Lucifer. Lucifer did
not move with a calm look on his face. Metatron summoned
a larger ball of light that caused Lucifer to suddenly turn
his back.

of wings on this match. Michael wore an ornate silver breastplate.

He is also one of the leading lords from Below. On his angelic
form he looks like a very young teenager with fair skin,
long dark brown hair and light blue eyes. He wore a long
black robe for this match.
** Michael used long sword and Belial a broadsword. Michael
started slicing at Belial. Belial evaded. Michael lunged
at him again. Belial evaded. Michael sliced to the other
side, and Belial evaded again. Michael lunged once more.
Belial evaded and looked up. Several occult symbols appeared
above them. Michael stood quiet for a while. Belial waited.
After a long wait Michael started to lunge at Belial with
great speed. He sliced four times what Belial evaded without
much effort. Michael sliced three more times and Belial
evaded again. Michael turned and sliced four more times
at a remarkable speed. Belial evaded the first one, parried
the second and evaded the other two. Belial looked up again
and the occult symbols appeared above them. Michael opened
his wings and took off outside the columns, turned and hurried
back towards Belial. When he flew passed Belial Michael
lunged at him. Belial parried and sliced back hitting a
strong blow on Michael's chest.
Belial won.

Michael looked up hurling several explosions toward Lucifer.
Lucifer snickered and told him something. Michael replied
in an irate tone and hurried to melee range. When he got
close to melee Lucifer charged first. Michael parried and
sliced at him twice with great speed. Lucifer evaded both.
Michael lunged twice again and hit both times, first a strong
blow on Lucifer's right upper arm and another blow on his
left side.
Michael won.

was wearing a steel breast plate armor on top of his white
robe.

this match. Lucifer started gesturing, complaining about
something during their announcements. As soon as the announcements
ended Gabriel ran to melee range with his saber drawn. He
sliced Lucifer once and turned his upper body 180 degree
slicing him the second time. Lucifer started drawing his
sword and with his left hand threw an energy ball pushing
Gabriel back. Lucifer walked to Gabriel with sword on hand.
He muttered some words and waved his hand over Gabriel's
face. Gabriel stepped back looking a little surprised with
the spell. Gabriel raised his sword and sliced three times
hitting Lucifer's armor. Lucifer shouted with rage and tried
to grab Gabriel's throat with his left hand. Gabriel evaded
and sliced him, stepped back to sliced him again, stepped
back and sliced him a third time. Lucifer shifted his weight
and sliced at Gabriel which he evaded, and sliced again
which Gabriel parried. Their swords crashed for a while
without any actual hit. Lucifer backed up from melee range
and stood silence for a few seconds, while Gabriel stayed
at his position. Lucifer sheathed his sword and walked back
to melee. Gabriel looked like he was in a trance as he did
not move. Lucifer started writing some spells on Gabriel's
aura, grasped him by the collar of his robe and started
saying something to him. Gabriel shook off from the trance,
Lucifer unsheathed his sword, and they sliced at each other
again. Lucifer said something and a loud explosion from
his aura threw Gabriel away to one of the corner columns.
Gabriel was on the floor and did not move. Lucifer walked
to him and with one quick move buried his sword in his chest.
Lucifer won.

* Haziel X Ariel
->Archangel Haziel is one of the elite archangels of
Heaven, from Seraphim Vehuel's host (Veguaniel) and he serves
under Archangel Uriel. Haziel rank is principality. He is
5'9" of medium built, long thick dark brown hair, brown
eyes and white wings. He wore a steel breast plate.
-> Ariel is a powerful reaper sefiroth tall, who oversees
the Underworld. Ariel is a lower aspect of Metatron. He
is 7' tall, of muscled built with long straight white hair
one inch below shoulders, light colored eyes, and large
white wings. He has a black and white flames tattoo on the
right upper arm. Ariel wore a chain armor.
** Haziel used a long metal war hammer, and Ariel used a
two-hand war hammer. Ariel shouted a war cry and stumped
to melee while Haziel waited. Ariel lunged his war hammer
with strength, what Haziel evaded and swung at Ariel hitting
him on the right arm. Ariel held his arm while Haziel changed
his position walking around him. Looking in pain Ariel raised
his war hammer and lunged at Haziel what he easily evaded.
Ariel swung at Haziel again hitting him this time on the
chest. Haziel swung back at him and hit Ariel on his right
arm again. Ariel trembled and held his arm. Haziel swung
with strength hitting Ariel on his head. Ariel fell to the
ground.
Haziel won.

*Metatron X Azazel
-> Metatron is a famous warrior angel and reaper who
is admired by all from above and below. He is a sefiroth
who is known by a diversity of different names in different
cultures and periods. He is 7' tall with long straight white
hair, aqua blue eyes, handsome features and large cream
wings. He wore only his long white robe for this match.
-> Azazel is a rebel angel who lives in the 6th Heaven
and also has a demonic form in Hell. He is one of the leading
Angels of Punishment. In his angelic form he is 5'7"
tall with long straight light blond hair, almond-shaped
sapphire blue eyes, and very handsome features. He has two
pair of wings, one small white and one large black. He had
his pair of small white wings out. Azazel wore a golden
breast plate armor for this match.
** Metatron used a two-handed sword and Azazel used his
exotic weapon made of a metal stick with a chain and a sharp
crescent moon on the other extremity of the chain. In the
middle of the announcements Azazel started snickering. Just
after the announcements Metatron ran to melee and charged
at Azazel what Azazel evaded, the chain of his weapon swirling
around Metatron's blade. Metatron pulled out his sword and
jabbed at Azazel. Azazel evaded. Metatron jabbed at him
twice again, which Azazel also evaded. Azazel swung his
weapon left and right flying the sharp crescent moon close
to Metatron's arms. Metatron parried four times. The fifth
time the crescent moon fatally hit cutting off his left
arm above the elbow.
Azazel won.

-> Metatron is a famous warrior angel and reaper who

greater Lucifer -some archangels say to be the real and
only Lucifer- is an angel of great light and beauty. He
is 5'11" tall with long straight light blonde hair
with platinum highlights four inches below shoulders, sky
blue eyes, and large white wings. He is also called "The
Morning Star" by many on Heaven. Lucifer wore an embroidered
robe for this match.
** Metatron used a broad sword and Lucifer used a halberd
(a combination of spear and battle axe.) Lucifer ran to
melee and jabbed at Metatron hitting him. Metatron backed
up and Lucifer jabbed again what he evaded. Someone in the
audience said something what made Lucifer stop to reply.
Metatron just looked while Lucifer argued with the archangel
from the audience. Lucifer turned back to Metatron and Metatron
sliced at him which he parried with his halberd. Lucifer
sliced at him hitting Metatron on the abdomen. Metatron
returned the hit which he evaded. Lucifer muttered something
and wrote some spells on Metatron's aura making Metatron
tremble. With a final hit Lucifer sliced him on the chest.
Lucifer won.

* Michael X Belial
-> Archangel Michael is one of the most famous warrior
angel on Heaven as well as on Earth. His mighty is known
and respected by all! He is a handsome archangel, 6' tall
with thick dark brown hair by the shoulders, light colored
eyes, and large blue wings. This was the first time Michael
faced Belial after the Dead Sea scroll that mention their
ancient battle was unearth. He was wearing a silver chain
mail for this match.
-> Belial is one of most powerful reaper and angel of
judgment. He is also one of the leading lords from below.
On his angelic form he looks like a very young teenager,
with fair skin, long wavy brown hair by the shoulders and
light blue eyes. He has a serene look, but when he speaks
his thunderous voice leave no room for doubt of his ferocity
and power! He was wearing a long dark robe.
** Michael used a beautiful long sword with a shape cut
on the base of the blade, and Belial used a broad sword.
Their announcement was long, spoken in angelic dialect.
Before the announcement ended they were both at melee range.
Michael sliced at Belial. Belial stepped to the side evading
his blow. Michael sliced again from the other direction,
what Belial evaded stepping to the side. Michael sliced
again and Belial evaded again. Michael jabbed at Belial.
Belial parried. Michael opened his wings and raised from
the ground. He flew to the ceiling, turned and launched
to Belial slicing at him. Belial evaded. Michael landed,
turned to Belial and made his own aura lit a light blue
color. Michael swung his sword at him again a few times,
what Belial parried all. On the final hit, Belial replied
with a diagonal cut on Michael's chest.
Belial won.

The Archangels
Tournament 2002!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
It's that time of the year when the mightier archangels
of all Heavens gather at their celestial arena to meet their
match!
There are many different classes of angels on Heaven: the
cleric angels, the healers, the music angels, the angels
of punishment, the reapers, the magick angels, the warrior
angels, etc. For centuries every year on December the mightier
warrior archangels have the Archangels Tournament on one
of the archangels halls at the 2nd Heaven, where they measure
strength, challenge their rivals, face their greater opponents
and meet their own match!
The Archangels Arena is set under a Greek architectonic
structure supported by four large columns. The arena is
raised by steps to the eye level of the first seats that
surround it.
On last Sunday, December 22, 2002 at 5 PM EST the first
match of this year started. Below are brief descriptions
of the main matches. (*** Please note that I use the term
"Archangel" to all of them even though they may
have another hierarchic level --like Power, Domination or
Cherubim for example-- to avoid confusion.)

* Ariel X Damoel (Beelzeboul, "The
god of flies")
Ariel is a very famous archangel and a powerful reaper,
and he is admired on all Heavens as well as below. He is
also an overseer of the Underworld. He is 7' tall, of muscled
built with long straight white hair that falls below his
shoulders, handsome features, and large white wings.
Beelzeboul is one of the mightier chiefs of the Underworld,
and he resides on the 5th Heaven. He is a powerful being,
like Samael with a divine heritage, and he was known on
ancient civilizations like Sumeria as "the god of flies".
He is one of the chief Angels of Judgment. Beelzeboul (Damoel)
fought in his angelic form. He is very tall and heavily
muscled, with long blonde hair and blue eyes (note: His
hair is normally bloody-red, but he changed back to blonde
in this match.)
-- Ariel used a war hammer and Beelzeboul a spear. Beelzeboul
cast a spell on his spear right on the beginning of the
match. Ariel told him something on the angelic tongue what
Beelzeboul replied and hurried to melee range. At melee
range Ariel swung at him a few times and hit twice, but
Beelzeboul evaded most and with a final blow he thrust the
spear piercing Ariel on the chest.
Beelzeboul won.

* Michael X Sariel, The Reaper
Archangel Michael is one of the most famous warrior archangels
on Heaven as well as on Earth. He is a handsome archangel,
6' tall with thick dark brown hair by the shoulders, light
blue eyes, and large blue wings . He wore a heavy golden
chain mail.
Sariel is an aspect of Samael. He is the top Angel of
Death, the "Elohim of Death" as called by many
on Heaven, and he is also called "The Reaper."
He is the top chief of the Underworld and as Samael he is
the sovereign of the 5th, 6th and 7th Heavens. He is 6'4"
tall of strong built, very handsome features, long straight
white hair and grayish blue eyes, and large white wings.
Sariel wore a dark sleeveless leather jacket and leather
pants.
-- Michael used his long flaming sword, and Sariel used
a spear. At the first round Michael wrote a sigil on the
air and murmured some words, what made his aura shine a
light blue color. At melee range Michael swung his sword
several times at an amazing speed, and although Sariel parried
most hits a few hits caught him on the arm and on his chest.
Sariel tried to leave melee range stepping backwards and
threw his spear bursting Michael's armor and going through
his chest.
Sariel won.

* Ezriel X Azazel
Archangel Ezriel is one of the top generals from Archangel
Michael's army. Ezriel is a very strong archangel with large
white wings, tall and heavily muscled, with short sand blonde
hair.
Azazel is a rebellious angel who lives on the 6th Heaven,
and also has a demonic form on Hell. He fought with his
demonic form of an ugly hunchback bald demon.
-- Ezriel used a two-handed sword and Azazel used an exotic
weapon made of a metal stick with a chain and a sharp crescent
moon on the other extremity of the chain. Azazel started
first swinging his crescent moon at Ezriel, but Ezriel parried
each time without much effort and with a rapid and sharp
move he sliced an horizontal cut on his abdomen.
Ezriel won.

* Hazael X Azazel
Archangel Hazael (Haziel) is one of the elite archangels
of Heaven, and he is one of the generals from Seraphim Veguaniel's
host. He is 5'9" of medium built, long thick dark brown
hair, dark brown eyes and small cream wings.
Azazel fought with his demonic form again.
-- Hazael used a tall axe/ice-pick weapon and Azazel used
his crescent moon. Azazel started swinging his crescent
moon a couple of times, both of which Hazael evaded easily,
but on the third time a fatal swing chopped his head off.
Azazel won.

* Hariel X Haguiel
Archangel Hariel is another elite archangel from Heaven,
and he serves as a general under Seraphim Abdiel. He is
known both on Heaven and on Earth as the archangel "tamer
of beasts." He is very tall of slender built, with
very long curly light blonde hair pulled back on a pony
tail, blue eyes and large violet wings. He wore a fancy
white robe with ruffled sleeves.
Archangel Haguiel is one of the top archangels of Venus,
very tall and slender, with long straight blonde hair and
handsome elven features, and small cream wings.
-- Hariel used a rapier and Haguiel used a scimitar. Haguiel
started with nice moves trying to slice his opponent, but
Hariel easily parried all his hits. Hariel replied with
astonishing speed and with a final and precise move he punctured
Haguiel on the heart with his rapier.
Hariel won.

* The Lady X Adnachiel
The heavenly lady is tall with long straight dark hair,
and she wore a long white gown with a golden belt. Adnachiel
is a fallen angel and a soul trader who serves under Rumael,
the old lesser Lucifer.
Adnachiel is tall and slim, with fair skin and thick dark
brown hair. Please read The Host
page under "Lucifer" to find more about the lesser
and greater Lucifers.
-- The lady used a long sword, and Adnachiel also. Right
on the beginning the lady pointed the two first fingers
at him and spoke something on a firm tone like she was about
to vanquish him. Adnachiel trembled and stepped back as
he was losing his balance. The lady approached and buried
her sword direct in his heart.
The Lady won.

* Belial X Zachiel
Belial is one of mightiest Angel of Punishment and Judgment
from Samael's host. On his angelic form he looks very young
like a teenager, with fair skin, wavy long brown hair by
the shoulders and a serene look, but when he speaks his
thunderous voice leave no room for doubt of his ferocity
and mightiness!
Zachiel is short of fair skin and thick black hair by
the shoulders. He is also from Samael's host but a possible
follower of Rumael, and was castrated on the beginning of
this year by Belial on the accusation of sexual harassing
Samael's betrothed (another aspect of his original wife).
-- Belial used a golden hilt dagger and Zachiel used a short
sword. Belial cried "I am Belial! I will tear you apart
and I will clean her honor!!". He ran towards Zachiel,
rapidly immobilizing him with the dagger on his neck and
opened a hole on the floor and jumped in carrying Zachiel
with him.
Belial won.

* Thamiel X Raziel
Thamiel is one of the mighty female archangels of Samael's
host who oversee the Underworld. She is tall of fair features,
large white wings, and had her blonde hair pinned up.
Raziel is an angel of the magickal arts and occultism
who fell centuries ago to the dark side of magick. He
was also taken to the Underworld recently under the accusation
of treason. He is very tall with fair skin and short dark
hair.
-- Thamiel used a two-hand sword and Raziel used a normal
sword. Thamiel started first gracefully swinging her sword
at Raziel who parried the hits. Raziel spoke something to
her that made Thamiel run to his throat and throw him on
the ground. For a final move she buried the sword in his
heart.
Thamiel won.

chain mail. He fought this year with the greater Lucifer,

The greater Lucifer -some archangels say to be the real
and only Lucifer- is an angel of great light and beauty.
He is 5'9" tall, very long light blonde hair with platinum
highlights and sky blue eyes, and large white wings. The
greater Lucifer is also called "The Morning Star"
by many on Heaven.
-- Michael used his flaming long sword and Lucifer used
a scimitar. Lucifer raised his arms for his applauses and
faced each side of the audience, Michael probably didn't
have patience for that and hurried for melee range with
sword drawn. Lucifer quickly turned and cast a spell on
Michael that apparently made him dizzy and breathing heavily,
making him stop on mid way. Lucifer waited swinging back
and forth, and Michael continued towards him slicing him
on the chest. Lucifer sliced him back hitting his armor.
Michael held his sword with both hand and swung a diagonal
cut on Lucifer's chest.
Michael won.

The
Archangels Tournament 2001 (Dec. 17, 2001)
Dear friends,
On the night of December 17, I witness a fascinating event,
the Tournament at the Archangels Arena! There were great
matches of "Good versus Evil"!
It was at one of the Archangels' Halls, set on a white
marbled arena that held an audience of more or less four
hundred. The ring in the middle was elevated to a higher
ground, on eye level with the first rows. Four white columns
supported the ceiling atop the ring, with an ancient Greek
architectonic detail. On north of the ring there was the
door where the duelers emerged.
The matches were all one on one, most of them of a good
Archangel versus a so called fallen one or "demon",
but there were a few matches between two good Archangels
also. The event lasted until Thursday, and although I could
only watch a few matches I did receive the report and results
of some of them. Those may not be on the right order of
occurrence though: (*** Obs: Please note that I use the
term "Archangel" to all of them even though they
may have another hierarchic level --like Domination, Cherubim
or Seraphim for example-- to avoid confusion.)
